One-To-One Personal Fitness & Taekwon-Do Training available at Brighton & Hove Taekwon-Do School.

Personal One-to-One Taekwon-Do training can be very helpful for senior students working towards gradings where they feel they may need some extra help in preparation and want detailed input.

One-to-One Taekwon-Do training, self defence training and fitness training also available for any level to help progress, learn about self defence or just general fitness training. Some people prefer the more personal focus of this type of training.
