From next Tuesday, 16th February, I will be introducing a twice weekly 20 minute online fitness session.
Tuesday & Thursday mornings 8.30 for 20 minutes.
This will be open to all free of charge. I will publish the Zoom code on WhatsApp 5 minutes before the start of each session.
I will be focusing on cardio, with general TKD movement, a few body weight strength exercises and probably a 4-6 minute HIIT included.
