Our Outdoor Class Schedule
Children’s classes:
Tuesday afternoon 5-6 pm in Hove Park. We will try and be as close to the centre of the park as we can.
Thursday afternoon 5-6 pm on Preston Park, just in front of Preston Manor.
Adult/Teens classes:
Tuesday morning 8-9.30 am Hove Lawns bottom of Grand Avenue.
Tuesday evening 6.15-7.45 pm Hove Park. We will try and be as close to the centre of the park as we can.
Thursday morning 8-9.30 am Hove Lawns bottom of Grand Avenue.
Thursday evening 6.15-.7.45 pm on Preston Park, just in front of Preston Manor.
No doboks! Please wear tracky-bottoms/leggings and t-shirts with trainers. Bring a bottle of water.
